More Ways To Give
There are so many ways to help the thousands of homeless pets that visit Great Plains SPCA each year – we couldn’t do it without you! Many people think we are a chapter of the ASPCA, but we are a local, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization helping local pets. We rely on local dollars to help local pets and the families by their side. To schedule a tour to see our lifesaving operation in action, please call (913) 808-3425.
Plan Your Giving
By becoming a Helping Hero, your monthly donation provides ongoing support we can count on, enabling us to better care for the thousands of animals that come through our doors each year. As a Helping Hero, you also have the option to set your planned giving to monthly, quarterly or annual installments.
Legacy Giving
One of the most compassionate gifts you can make to Great Plains SPCA is through a legacy gift. Your planned gift will provide loving care to shelter pets for years to come. There are numerous ways you can include your family, your pets, and charitable organizations, like Great Plains SPCA, in your estate plans. Stocks and Bonds
A gift of your securities, including your stocks or bonds, is an easy way for you to make a gift. By making a gift of your appreciated securities, you can avoid paying capital gains tax that would otherwise be due if you sold these assets.
Real Estate
A gift of your real property (such as your home, vacation property, vacant land, farmland or ranch or commercial property) can make a great gift. If you own appreciated real property, you can avoid paying capital gains tax by making a gift to us.
Retirement Assets
A gift of your retirement assets, such as a gift from your IRA, 401(k), 403(b), pension or other tax deferred plan, is an excellent way to make a gift. By making a gift of your retirement assets, you will help further our work.
Insurance
A gift of your life insurance policy is an excellent way to make a gift to us. If your life insurance policy is no longer needed or will no longer benefit your survivors, consider making a gift and help further our mission.
