Kitten Sound Bath

Healing Purrs is a playful yet deeply soothing sound bath experience where the gentle resonance of sound healing meets the natural healing frequencies of kittens. Blending calming tones with the soft presence and rhythmic purring of these small companions, this experience invites both your nervous system and your heart to soften, settle, and restore. It’s a space where sound becomes medicine—not just for you, but for them too—creating a shared field of comfort, connection, and quiet healing. Where every vibration helps a heart (and a paw) heal.

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where you are gently “bathed” in sound waves created by instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant tones. As you rest comfortably, these frequencies interact with the body and nervous system, helping to shift you out of stress and into a more regulated, balanced state. Rather than something you actively do, a sound bath is something you receive—allowing the mind to quiet, the body to soften, and the system to reset in a natural, effortless way.

What to bring: Mat, blanket, & pillow
