Chained out in the elements for most of his life, Reddick will never have to spend another night outdoors thanks to the Great Plains SPCA HERO (Humane. Education. Resources. Outreach.) team.
Our HERO team has been working with Reddick and his owners for over four years providing ongoing care to keep him safe and happy in his home. Week after week, we have provided food, shelter, heartworm and flea prevention and other resources, all while educating his owner. With an emphasis on showing respect and setting aside judgement, we were able to build a relationship with Reddick’s owner who recently agreed to surrender him to us.
